G. Michael Bone

Michael has been a Sales Associate with Kulp Mouchet and its predecessor company since 2005 and quickly gained a strong footing in Savannah’s commercial real estate market specializing in office, land, investment properties, and warehouse leasing.

After earning a B.A. with a major in Real Estate from the University of Georgia, and working in Atlanta for a global real estate specialist in the acquisition and disposition of large scale industrial buildings, Michael returned to his native Savannah where he felt his long-standing ties to the community, his strong networking skills and broad knowledge base would greatly contribute to further developing a successful real estate career.
