April 19 – Backus property: Buyer found, lessee needed

The former Backus auto dealership property has a buyer; now the buyer needs a lessee.

Atlanta-based developer Knightswood has the four-acre complex with 60,000 square feet of space at Victory Drive and Truman Parkway under contract. To close the deal, however, the developer needs to find an anchor tenant.
